Payment orchestration & conversion analytics

One view of what you spend and what you actually get paid.

Tueron connects an e-commerce advertiser's payment providers and advertising accounts into a single reporting layer. Merchants see confirmed revenue next to real ad spend, and send server-side conversion events back to their own advertising pixels so attribution survives browser tracking loss.

What the platform does

Merchants connect the accounts they already own. Tueron reads and reconciles that data for them. We do not operate advertising accounts on a merchant's behalf and we do not act as a payment institution or hold merchant funds.

01

Payment orchestration

A single integration layer over the payment providers a merchant already uses. Orders, payment status, refunds and chargebacks are normalized into one schema, so reporting does not break when a provider is added or replaced.

02

Server-side conversion tracking

Purchase, checkout and cart events are forwarded server-to-server to the merchant's own advertising pixels, with the click identifier captured on the landing page. This recovers conversions that browser-side tags lose to ad blockers, redirects and mobile in-app browsers.

03

Unified spend and revenue reporting

Advertising spend read from the merchant's own ad accounts is shown next to confirmed payment revenue from the same period, per store and per campaign. No spreadsheet exports, no manual reconciliation.

Advertising platform integrations

Every integration is authorized by the merchant through the platform's standard OAuth flow, against accounts and assets the merchant already owns. Access is read-and-report only, scoped per merchant, and revocable by the merchant at any time.

Capability What we use it for Data involved
Conversion events API Forward the merchant's own purchase, initiate-checkout and add-to-cart events server-side to the merchant's own pixel. Event name, timestamp, order value and currency, the advertising click identifier captured on the landing page, and hashed email and phone where the merchant's customer provided them at checkout.
Reporting and campaign insights Display spend, impressions and clicks from the merchant's own advertising account alongside their confirmed payment revenue. Aggregated campaign and ad-group metrics. No audience data, no user-level advertising data.
Business account and asset listing List the pixels and advertising accounts the merchant already owns so they can select which pixel receives their conversion events during setup. Account and pixel identifiers and names, read once at setup.

Tueron integrates with TikTok for Business, Meta and Google advertising accounts, and with the payment providers used by merchants in Brazil and the United States. Integrations are added on merchant demand.

How we handle advertising platform data

These commitments are binding on us and are restated in our Privacy Policy.

  • Merchant authorization is required. We access an advertising account only after its owner grants access through the platform's own OAuth consent screen, and only within the scopes that consent grants.
  • Data stays scoped to the merchant it came from. Every record is isolated per merchant account. Data from one merchant is never exposed to, aggregated with, or benchmarked against another merchant.
  • We do not sell, share or license platform data. Advertising platform data is not sold, resold, sublicensed, brokered, or transferred to any third party, and is not used to build or enrich any audience, profile or data product.
  • Tokens are encrypted at rest. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted, scoped to a single merchant account, and never exposed to the browser or to other merchants.
  • Minimum retention. We store aggregated metrics and the event identifiers required for attribution. When a merchant disconnects an account or closes their account, the associated platform data and tokens are deleted.
  • Revocable at any time. A merchant can disconnect any advertising or payment integration from their dashboard, which revokes our access immediately.
  • LGPD and GDPR. We process personal data as a processor acting on the merchant's documented instructions, and support access, correction and deletion requests forwarded by the merchant.
